Mostly right now I'm trying to revamp my life to get to where i want to be. Downside is this is gonna be hard and take work lol, but Im not giving up on truly becoming happy with what I do and how I live.

So I recently quit the company I had worked for three years at and was third in command of, a security firm that ranges all over the state of Illinois.

I had decided Id rather be doing something in law enforcement or fire fighting/emt. I already volunteer with the local sheriff's dept. but its for free and I dont get to do it often enough due to my job.

So to rectify the situation I am now enrolled in the MABAS 7 Firefighter Academy, and am very excited. This is going to be one of the greatest birthday gifts I could give myself due to graduation being near the time of my birthday. I get to give myself a new begining with a new job doing something I can truly enjoy which is helping people.

When I do have free time I enjoy lots of different activites but you should ask if you want more details than what is to follow. Big thing, I love to travel. I have already had the privilage to go to Australia and New Zealand yet there are still places I want to go. - I love coffee. I can't go a day or so without a caffeine supplement.
- I play video games. Mostly Action titles and RPG's (big on Final Fantasy, Tales, and most Square Enix). FPS too, although I don't like playing online, and a wide assortment of old school stuff. Also Rock Band. Very yes to Rock Band. I've been playing DDR, but I'm not quite up to reasonable as of yet.
-I got a cat. His name is Gabe. I named him after the Penny Arcade comic.
-I love what I do. I'm a graphic artist and I'd rather do that than probably anything else.
-I love to watch movies, but I hate to watch them alone.
-on the subject of movies, I like comedies, action, and the occasional non-chick-flick drama. I cannot for the life of me watch a horror movie. I admit that I'm afraid of them.
-I've been messing around with computers since I was 9. I'm a self taught pro but like most things, there's room for improvement.
-Snow, in my opinion, is awesome.
-Manga plays a major role in my life. I'm an otaku, but only to a point.
-I'm starting Warhammer 40K. But the more that I think about it, I do it for the modeling aspect more than the gaming part. Mostly because there isn't anyone in the area I know to play with.
-I'm a Facebook junkie. But I rarely update my status.
-I love to talk as much as I like to listen.
-Important part here: I'm a gentleman. I strongly believe in holding doors open for ladies, helping others when in the position to do so, and so on.
-I've got big feet. They're like Frodo feet. (really hoping for some LOLz)
-I think the only thing Peter Jackson did right was the Lord of the Rings.
-When it comes to going out on dates, I find simplicity to be the best approach.
-I find the idea of meeting new people fun and adventurous. I think networking is fun.
-I watch cartoons. No dodging that one.
-I've been teaching myself Japanese. Why? For fun.
-Problem solving is a big strong point with me. I tend to find ways around most situations. This goes for people and projects.
-I like to figure stuff out with people, but I hate to argue.
-Causing trouble unintentionally makes me feel awful.
-I love rock! I love nearly all aspects of it. But not Nickelback. I'd rather listen to Kenny G before Nickelback.

We try clever and often fail. We seek equality but eventually accept a bare minimum. Good enough never really is because if it was then good guys wouldn't finish last.
